ArmSoM-AIM3 is a mid-to-high-end general-purpose System-on-Chip (SoC) featuring high performance and low power consumption. Built on 22nm process technology, it integrates:

  • Quad-core ARM Cortex-A55 CPU @ 2GHz
  • ARM Mali G52 GPU
  • NPU supporting INT8/INT16/FP16/BFP16 with 1 TOPS@INT8 computing power
  • Advanced video processing unit supporting:
    • 4Kp60 H.265/VP9 decoding
    • 1080p60 H.264 encoding
